Academic departments and individual faculty members may contact their school’s dean’s office to request assistance promoting events and programs.
We work closely with liaisons in these offices; they are your best resource for identifying available services.

Work with Us
The University Communications team works closely with liaisons across campus to educate, consult, and coordinate communications efforts to maximize the consistency and effectiveness of the University’s messaging.
You’re the expert in your area. We’re the experts in ours. A successful partnership begins when you guide us in understanding your communications goals, and we guide you in understanding how to meet them. In doing so, we'll help you identify the most effective medium, or combination of media, for your project goals.
How Do I Get Started?
Filling out the Project Request Form is the official—and required—first step in initiating a project with us. It also creates a starting point for strategic analysis by capturing key information. We’ll guide the conversation from there.
Postcards don't exist in a vacuum. Chances are good that if you need to send a card to announce an event, you will also need to promote it on your website, on a poster, or beyond campus—like on Facebook or in the news media.
Integrated campaigns are based on a philosophy of efficiency and effective communication. With this approach, we can anticipate the various touchpoints that you will encounter and address them proactively and creatively, making the best use of your time—and ours.
