Hire a Photographer

University Communications does not provide photography services or have an in-house professional photographer.

We can, however, help connect you to the right freelance photographer based on your event and budget. Preferred photographers are familiar with the University’s standards and their fees include all rights to use the photographs to promote the University of Richmond.

Though campus units are responsible for fulfilling their own photography needs, University Communications can facilitate the process of hiring a professional photographer. To hire a preferred photographer, submit the form below with specific event details, including date and time, budget, and photography goals. We’ll use this information to connect you with the best photographer for your needs.

Please provide the following information at least five business days before the anticipated date of photography. One of our staff members will then assist you in finding an available photographer who matches your needs and budget. Your unit will be responsible for all payment to the photographer.
